My first 7 days using these gummies were quite easy.

I honestly expected it to be harder, but I jumped into ketosis within the first 24 hours which was the fastest I have ever gone into ketosis so far.

I started feeling steady energy levels and a feeling of clarity that the keto diet is so known about 2 days into my diet.

I ate well and was not shy about my portions. I ate about 4 eggs a day, chicken, pork, beef, and even some lamb chops for Sunday dinner. I also added a lot of salad and I also threw some extra coconut oil into the dressing.
